So, apparently, I:
1. Pick up the nearest book (of at least 123 pages).
2. Open the book to page 123.
3. Find the 5th Sentence.
4. Post the next 3 sentences.
5. Tag 5 people.
The book is “The Defense is Ready” by Leslie Abramson, a book given to me by my dear grandma, who always passes along the most interesting books. The chapter is “Baby Killers” :-p
Especially when you’ve been through hours of labor by yourself. It might have been a persuasive defense.
In any event, I didn’t have to get to that if I could prove that she never killed the baby because you can’t kill a person who was never alive.
I wonder about this meme; the wording is so poor. Why do I need to “find” the fifth sentence? If one wants the respondents to post sentences 6-8, just say so.
I don’t even know 5 people, so this chain is now officially broken.

Blogdrive Insanity:
1. What is your favorite veggie?
I kind of like cooked potatoes a lot. And lightly steamed or raw broccoli.
2. Are there any veggies you don’t eat?
A few. I try to try everything a few times before I say I hate it, though. But I do dislike beets and anything similar to them.
They taste like dirt!
3. Which veggie do you think has the funniest name?
In English: cauliflower. It’s a flower… that’s “caul-y”! In Urdu, eggplant is called “baingan” which sounds a lot like bangin’ - that’s funny.
4. If you’re a vegetarian, why are you and do you like it? If you’re not a vegetarian, would you ever want to become one?
I am, indeed, a vegetarian! I am so for all the reasons you might imagine a person would be. Disapproval of the industry methods, sadness for the killing sentient beings merely for food, health… I do like being a vegetarian, very much.
The World’s Shortest Personality Test: I always totally mistrust these things, but somehow this one ended up believable! Arrogance aside, I think that the results define me accurately. Especially about thriving on my own, shrugging off affection and protecting my emotions.
You are elegant, withdrawn, and brilliant. Your mind is a weapon, able to solve any puzzle. You are also great at poking holes in arguments and common beliefs.
For you, comfort and calm are very important. You tend to thrive on your own and shrug off most affection. You prefer to protect your emotions and stay strong.
I think I need something to keep me blogging regularly until I have something good to say. I thought these questions were worth answering: [from the friday five.]
1. If you could go back and relive one moment or day from your life, without changing anything, what would you re-experience?
